These terms describe the rules, responsibilities, and limits that apply when you use Archie.
Last updated April 6, 2026
Using Archie
By using Archie, you agree to use the service in a lawful and responsible way. You are responsible for the material you upload, the people you invite, and the ways your workspace is used.
You may only use Archie with content you have the right to process and analyze.
Accounts, Guests, and Access
Some features are available through guest sessions, while others require a full account. Guest access is limited and may expire automatically.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you create.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Archie to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Do not upload material you are not authorized to process
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass product or infrastructure security
- Do not misuse the service for spam, fraud, or abusive automated behavior
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout unless canceled. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations may change the limits and features available to your workspace.
If a payment fails or a subscription ends, Archie may limit paid features until billing is restored.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Archie available and stable, but the service may change over time, including features, limits, and integrations. Maintenance, outages, and provider-side issues can affect availability.
Disclaimers and Liability
Archie is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You should review outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Archie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
